Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort

The location is stunning and although it is a rocky coastline, there is a secluded beach used by the hotel. HOWEVER, nobody at arrival/check-in bothers to let you know. The hotel is huge and it is not easy to see or find. The hotel is brand new so everything is state of the art - not always comfortable though, like very low sofas. The biggest problem is the very bad service and lack of professionalism. Things should work like a clock: they do not. The Japanese restaurant had the better service. Service at breakfast was not bad either. The worst service was down at the beach restaurant, where food was good but came in tiny portions and with unchilled drinks, after several reminders. The romance was gone by then. The buffet breakfast is very good. Staff get to work long hours under the strong summer sun - that was not good hotel policy. Given the high prices for everything, everywhere should be perfect.

We booked the New Year's Eve package that included a two-night stay and a festive dinner. We had our dinner at Bonsai restaurant that served a Japanese fusion set menu complemented by the tunes of a violinist. We loved the food, great service and overall good atmosphere. The resort is new and beautiful and at an amazing location. Rooms are big, comfortable with a sea view. Rich breakfast, complimentary use of sauna's and indoor pool, lovely walks around the area.

Absolutely astonishing. Immaculate complex as a whole I can't rave about it enough. Visit for the first time for our honeymoon and will definitely return. All the staff are super friendly and child friendly, our 9 month old daughter loved every second and everyone of the staff were brilliant with her! The views and rooms were breathtaking and the private beach is so peaceful. Anyone who wants a peaceful holiday with plenty to do this is definitely the place for you!
